At Wedding Mode, we bring a luxury, no-details-missed touch to month-of planning & coordination services.
As wedding industry veterans, we would often hear from couples just like you who were enjoying the process of planning their own weddings. They weren’t intimidated by vendor contracts & design choices, and they were booking sought-after venues. But they wanted support with final details and execution.
Not to mention, we fielded constant emails and phone calls from 5-star venues in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area that wanted to help couples find seasoned coordination support when they weren’t working with a full-service planner.
Thus, Wedding Mode was born: offering month-of wedding coordination, as well as design support, so everyone can enjoy a stress-free wedding experience.

We sit in the magical gap between full-service planning (someone else developing your event’s style) and total DIY (entrusting your day to a few brave family members & the winds of fate).
We assist our couples with all the elements of a wedding that are either tough or unpleasant to execute alone.

& connect with vendors. This allows us to provide an elevated service that goes beyond simply set-up, traffic control, & tear-down. Instead, you’re cared for as if you were a full-service planning client—because we’ve had time to get to know you.
