On your wedding day, you deserve peace of mind.
That’s our specialty.
LET ’S STATE THE OBVIOUS :
Weddings are detail beasts.
We know you have organizational skills that could rival Marie Kondo (or you probably wouldn’t be planning your own wedding).
We also know that when you’re planning a wedding, last-minute details add up quickly.
When it’s time to immerse yourself in the experience of marrying the love of your life, the last thing you need is a bunch of vendors coming to you with questions & problems to be solved.
Because even the best-planned weddings have last-minute dilemmas!
You’ve probably started mapping out details like when you’ll start getting ready, where you’ll take bridal party photos, and whether you’ll do a first look.
But from that point on, you want to be 100% in-the-moment.
We’re here to make that possible.
During their Engagement…
Couples spend an average of 7 hours per week planning their wedding.

Every wedding is unique …
but we’ve handled enough to know how to make your day smooth.
As wedding industry veterans, we often heard from couples planning their own weddings who wanted support with final details and execution. We also fielded constant emails and phone calls from our favorite 5-star venues in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area that wanted to help couples find seasoned coordination support when they weren’t working with a full-service planner.
Thus, Wedding Mode was born: offering month-of wedding coordination, as well as design support, so everyone can enjoy a stress-free wedding experience.
Let us help you navigate the stressors of wedding planning with ease

“But what about …”
-
Due to the complexity and extensive setup/teardown timeline of tented weddings, we refer those to our full-service wedding planning partners—we trust them fully!
-
Yes! If we have your wedding date available, you can book us as close as eight weeks prior to your date. We do recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, as we protect our clients by only taking one wedding per weekend.
-
One: yours. We’re committed to doing it right, and we refuse to sacrifice detail & service just to get another wedding into our portfolio.
-
One planner and two coordinators will be at every wedding. If you have more than 100 guests, or are planning a wedding with multiple venues (think: a cathedral & a resort), we’ll add more coordinators to your contract. We keep a 50:1 ratio to ensure our team is able to serve you & your guests well.
-
Yes, absolutely! We’ve worked hard to build relationships with the best wedding industry professionals in the greater Scottsdale and Phoenix area, and we’re happy to make those introductions after our initial onboarding meeting.
-
You can book as early as you get engaged—typically 12-18 months in advance of your date.
-
Yes! A venue coordinator has an entirely different role than Wedding Mode. They’re typically responsible for overseeing the banquet event order & making sure all venue regulations are being met. (They might not even be onsite until a few hours before your wedding begins.)
Wedding Mode executes your vision, manages your event timeline, styles your personal items and decor, and manages your team of vendor partners.
In short: a venue coordinator works for the venue. Wedding Mode works for you.
-
Simply put, we provide more than most month-of coordinators (and definitely day-of coordinators). With a background in planning luxury weddings, we know what areas couples typically benefit from a little extra support, and we intentionally include those elements in our packages. We also provide a luxury planner feel during your event—you won’t have an inexperienced team learning the job during your wedding.
-
One: yours. We’re committed to doing it right, and we refuse to sacrifice detail & service just to get another wedding into our portfolio.

You can use your design hours to ask questions, ask for assistance, and collaborate on design elements at any point of the wedding planning process. For example, if you’ve chosen a color scheme and want ideas for tablescapes based on those colors, we can send you ideas. If you can’t wrap your head around an oddly shaped cocktail hour space, we can send you sample seating diagrams. If you have an idea for a special build or installation and want to source the materials locally, we can help. We’re at your service to help with big-picture ideas, with finalizing small-yet-important details, and with all other design-related questions.
